La Quenouille Flower & Gifts delivers all floral arrangements, balloon bouquets, fruit baskets, gift baskets and cakes to Montreal and surrounding areas. Orders placed for outside of our delivery area will be transferred to a trusted Teleflora affiliated or FTD. Unfortunately, cakes are not available outside of our delivery area.

Orders received before 1:30 Monday to Saturday will be delivered the same day. Otherwise next-day delivery is the norm.

Deliveries usually finish at 5:00 p.m. but exceptions can be made if needed.

During peak floral delivery periods, such as Valentine’s, Mother’s Day or Christmas, please order at least one or two days in advance if possible.

100% Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of one of our arrangements, you have 48 hours to call us, and we will cheerfully provide you with a replacement.

Items displayed online are for your shopping convenience. Each of our beautiful arrangements are designed daily with the freshest flowers available, therefore, we may need to substitute certain flowers or containers. We always do our very best to give you the closest replica of the item displayed online.

Shipping Address:
We strive to make sure all information is correct when we receive your order. If any package is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect customer information submitted, we will re-bill to reship or redeliver the order.

Any address correction made by our shipping courier due to incorrect information given by you, we will reverse the courier charges back to you.

Please notify us by telephone or email as soon as any errors are noticed before your shipment is sent out. Once it leaves for delivery you will be charged any extra fees imposed by the courier service, if there are errors on your shipping address.

Floral Delivery to Hospitals:
When placing an order for delivery to a patient, hospital worker or doctor, please make sure that you include as much information about the patient or the Doctor's location as possible.

Below is an example of important delivery information:
Remember Quebec hospitals use the Maiden name of the patient, not the family name!

We also accept corporate cheques OAC. Orders may be placed online using our shopping cart with the Paypal® system and will be confirmed via email by a customer service agent.
