We are a full- service florist shop located in an old industrial building in Griffintown that once housed Murray Hill buses. La Quenouille Fleuriste has been in business since 1981, and have been owned by owner designer Carolyn De Bien for the past 21 years.

How to Book La Quenouille as Your Wedding Florist

To start planning your wedding flowers, please call or email us with your wedding date, venue, and a general idea of what you need. Because we are a small floral design team, we accept a limited number of weddings each year and will first confirm whether your date is available.

If your date is open, we can arrange an in-store consultation to discuss your wedding style, colour palette, inspiration photos, bridal bouquet, wedding party flowers, ceremony arrangements, and reception florals.

It is helpful to bring any inspiration you already have, such as photos, colour ideas, fabric samples, or venue details. If you are not sure where to begin, we also have albums of past wedding designs that we can review together in store.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After your wedding flower consultation, we will prepare a detailed quotation based on your floral needs, style, venue, and delivery requirements. This quote will remain valid for 7 days. If your wedding date is not reserved within that time, the date may be opened back up to other couples.

Once you approve the quotation, a non-refundable booking deposit of $100 is required to secure your wedding date.

Before the wedding, we will schedule a final consultation to review all floral details, including bridal bouquets, wedding party flowers, ceremony arrangements, reception flowers, delivery timing, and setup needs. At this stage, 50% of the total balance is required, with the remaining balance due the week before the wedding.

Payments can be made by e-transfer or by credit card over the phone.

On your wedding day, we can deliver your flowers for a pre-agreed delivery fee. Delivery may include flowers for the bride, groom, ceremony location, and reception venue. If needed, we can also stay on site to help repurpose ceremony flowers for the reception.

If you prefer to save on delivery costs, you may also pick up your wedding flowers on the morning of your wedding. Everything will be clearly labelled to make transportation and setup easier.

PRICING

Every wedding is unique, so we do not offer fixed wedding flower packages. Instead, each floral design is tailored to your style, venue, colour palette, flower preferences, and overall vision.

Because wedding flower pricing depends on the type of flowers used, the size of each arrangement, the design style, seasonality, delivery, and setup needs, it is not possible to provide one standard price for every wedding.
